Deb is a Portfolio Head leading some of the Strategic Growth Accounts in Insurance working closely with the Insurance CXO’s, Startups, Insurtech, Academia and Infosys CoE’s to realize a broad, bold vision of Infosys Insurance to drive growth in this Digital economy. He also heads the Strategy Execution Office for the Insurance Segment.

Over the last 23 years, Deb had global roles in Consulting, Program Management, Strategy, Sales, Vertical P&L’s. Prior to this role at Infosys, Deb was a Vice President at Mass Mutual. He also worked with TCS and CSC where he focused on managing a P&L that involved building Strategies for future growth, conceptualizing innovative solutions and driving value propositions for his customers. Deb started with Infosys as his first job after Engineering and spent the first 7 years working for Fortune 500 clients across APAC, Europe, Middle East and US in a Technology Consulting Role.

Deb has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors), and completed his leadership program at Ross School of Management, Michigan and Stanford Executive Management Program. Deb serves on the board of Xcel Inc. which is focused on Women in leadership.

Deb is very active in the community with several volunteer initiatives. He is married with 2 boys, lives in South Windsor, Connecticut, is an avid golfer and follows sports in his free time.

Rafee is Infosys's Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for the technology vision and strategy, sensing & scaling emerging technologies, advising and partnering with clients to help them succeed in their transformation journey and building high technology talent density. He also leads the technology strategy for all the platforms. At Infosys, he founded and scaled from zero, a new business capability unit - Strategic Technology Group. It's a 3000+ global team of passionate technology leaders, full stack architects and power programmers working on the most complex and advanced digital, cloud and AI programs for G2000 enterprise clients of Infosys and Infosys platforms.

Rajeshwari Ganesan is a Distinguished Technologist in ML & AI and the Field CTO based in Seattle, with 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Highly regarded for her expertise in AI, Software Resiliency, Product Engineering, and Cloud dependability, Rajeshwari works closely with CXO client leaders globally, advising on innovation and transformation. Fu'ad M. Butt serves as vice president for Enterprise Digital Strategy and Optimization for OneAmerica FinancialSM . He is responsible for developing and implementing the Digital Roadmap for OneAmerica Financial. Butt also manages multiple teams in IT, including Business Relationship Management, Business Analysis and IT Strategy. He possesses over 25 years of experience in strategy, design and implementation across many areas of the financial services industry, including insurance, retirement services, asset management and banking. Butt champions a value perspective focusing on financial returns enabled by user experience, data- driven decisions, digital native technologies and human capital empowerment.

Prior to joining the companies of OneAmerica Financial, Butt served in an executive role at IBM's global insurance practice, focused on end-to-end digital transformation programs. Prior to that, he was the practice head for digital consulting at Mindtree, a boutique consultancy. Before that, as Marketing Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Oppenheimer Funds, he bridged the CMO and CIO organizations. Still, most of his career years were clocked at New York Life Insurance, rotating through multiple corporate and line management roles. He started out at PNC Financial working on operational and technology integration projects supporting M&A activities.

Butt remains active in industry trade organizations and has served on committees for LOMA/LIMRA and the Association of National Advertisers. Also active in the nonprofit sector, he has served on the board of the Global Language Project, focusing on equipping disadvantaged public-school students with the skills to compete in a globalized world through foreign language acquisition.

An alum of the Harvard Business School, Butt also holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and two bachelor’s degrees (in Finance and Economics) from Virginia Tech. He grew up in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and spent over 25 years living in New Jersey. Currently Butt resides in Carmel, IN.

Jason Demby leads AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning Business Development with focus on the largest and most strategic enterprise customers in the Financial Services industry. Jason has deep experience in data and analytics and application modernization approaches. Jason spent a majority of his career in industry in product development and strategic innovation roles in the Office of the Global CIO/CTO/COO at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and UBS. Santhosh Keshavan, executive vice president (EVP), serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Voya Financial Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the firm's technology systems, data science, data engineering and digital organization, information security and infrastructure. He also serves on Voya’s Executive Committee. He has more than 25 years of public and private sector experience as a transformation leader, including expertise in financial services, technology and operations. He has extensive experience in complex program management which includes acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to joining Voya, Keshavan held the position of EVP & CIO for Regions Bank based in Birmingham, AL from 2010 to 2017. In this role he managed core systems, enterprise and corporate systems and enterprise data services. Previously, Keshavan was with Fidelity Investments as Vice President for the pricing and cash management division. Prior to that, he held various positions at SunGard Data Systems (now FIS), eventually being named Managing Director, International Operations with a focus on the retirement services industry.
